ST5000 series straight stroke pneumatic actuator is a valve used for straight stroke motion switch. Such as gate valve, globe valve, discharge valve, plunger valve, diaphragm valve
wait. Installed on the upper part of the valve, there are single cylinder and double cylinder, double cylinder opening is double thrust, can be equipped with solenoid valve (or valve control box) limit switch, wiring
box and other accessories. Features include on-site visual valve switch position indicator, optional manual operating mechanism, top manual and middle manual. The inner hole of the cylinder and the surface of the piston rod are coated with PTFE or electroplated hard chrome, and all moving friction parts are isolated by wear-resistant guide rings.

Features

The cylinder body is made of extruded aluminum alloy and has been treated with hard anodic oxidation. The inner surface is hard, with high strength and hardness. The sliding bearing made of low-friction material avoids direct contact between metals, has low friction coefficient, flexible rotation and long service life.
The installation and connection dimensions of the pneumatic actuator and valve are designed according to international standards ISO5211, DIN3337 and VDI/VDE3845, and can be interchanged with ordinary pneumatic actuators.
The air supply hole complies with NAMUR standard.
The shaft assembly holes at the bottom of the pneumatic actuator (according to ISO5211 standard) are double square, which is convenient for linear or 45°rotary installation of valves with square rods.
The top of the output shaft and the top hole are NAMUR compliant.
Adjusting screws at both ends can adjust the opening angle of the valve.
There are double-acting and single-acting (spring return) types with the same specifications.
The direction can be selected according to the needs of the valve, clockwise or counterclockwise.
Install solenoid valve, positioner (opening indication), reply device, various limit switches and manual operation device according to user's needs.
